I just started BG for a couple of months, used a few BGs and for the most part, they're all pretty good (other than the delays lately).
BUT I bought 2 GoPros for USA Buying Group what was delivered on 11/17 and 11/19. I think they lost one, and I requested the payment for the one they have and no response.
I opened a ticket more than a week ago about those issues, they just replied they'll look into it and then nothing after that.
Does anyone has their contact number? It's very frustrating when this happens

I’ve never known any group to pay for lost items other than TBD on occasion.
