email or fax for EXP desk or even AAdvantage service desk?

I'm trying to get in touch with AA about a minor problem with a promotion that would be easier to explain with a screenshot than by explaining to an agent who isn't seeing the same thing in front of her or him.

When I go to AA.com right now and try to send an email using the web form, it tells me "Good news, you can manage this request online," with a link to one page or another at AA.com (Elite Status, FAQs, etc.). Oddly, no matter which topic I choose, no box appears to compose and send a message.

Does anyone have the email or fax for the EXP desk or even for general AAdvantage service? If not, is there some other place at AA.com to submit a message? I received one of those EXP calls from AA last year but can't seem to locate the call-back info. I was provided. Thanks.
