Yes, it was a straightforward one way booked with cash DUB-CDG on a Plus fare, as I needed a bag etc,

I rang today and the agent did a lot of typing and gave me a case number, saying my voucher was processed today and that it would come in 5 to 7 working days. Very strange! Seemed to me like it hadn't processed when I originally put it through.
