Assuming so, is there an OS lounge available in the Intl transfer area?
I could look to change my flights to route thru NRT instead, but the timings are not as good.
Restaurants are supposed to reopen in Vienna on 20th of December, which I expect lounge to fall under (annoyingly, I will travel on 19th...)

There is an OS lounge available in non-Schengen, open until 1:30pm
