Lost luggage, no response
I had a flight 11/30- part of my luggage was removed from a pocket that was outside of the main compartment, but secured with multiple straps. One part of a matching set of the items was put back in a different pocket and had the straps wrapped around it differently- another strap was missing entirely and the other ones were loose.
No one was at baggage and the other item did not come out. I filled out a missing luggage form in the main terminal. I was told I would receive a call within 48 hours
I called two days later when I'd heard nothing. They said they did not have a complaint on file for me, took down my info, said to email a certain addy, also again I should get a reply in 2-3 days. I did this. Heard nothing. I tried twitter and you cannot dm them, although I tweeted at them my issue. No reply.
3rd time I called they said they still could not see a complaint- they would have to call the airport (TTN- where Frontier is the only carrier) to see what happened. Told me to wait a couple days. I emailed again and also tweeted, as well as filling out the DoT form. I have heard nothing.
Today I tweeted and filled out DoT form again since it's been 2.5 weeks and I really need a replacement asap.
What should I do at this point? Unfortunately I used the Hyatt personal card I was trying to meet spend on to buy the ticket, I don't see any special comps with it.
