I can't speak to all of the CC bonus nights - others may be better able to answer that. But IF you can make $15K spend by 12/31, regardless of your statement closing late Dec or early Jan or whatever, you will earn the FNA.

It's all about WHEN you spend w/this card, not when your statement is.
