A case of YMMV - I had a Moderna booster last week (1 + 2 were both AZ) and felt absolutely nothing, no symptoms of anything and not even a hint of a sore arm.
Likewise, I didn't have any side-effects after a Moderna booster to 2 x AZ other than slight local tenderness. In fact both of the AZ shots had minimal side-effects too. Hope my immune system has been paying attention nonetheless!
