Are you sending booking reference or ticket number ??? where this reference is coming from ?? is it from some airlines not connected to main GDS available on market ??

You cant
either create your trips manually or you have to send your trips in a correct format
if you include all inside one email by doing copy paste it probably wont work
my advice = send the flights first then add hotel manually inside the trip cause tripcase isnt good for hotels
