It's an extra £2,300 on top of the 100,000 Avios I've got now, so it's a lot of money to waste given that if I could get someone to just answer the phone or cancel the existing and use those Avios straightaway online, I'd pay just £53 extra in taxes.
Even in normal times, being on a ship makes things difficult. I've always taken the view that once I embark, the post-cruise flight arrangements are then basically fixed.

If you really "need" to make the change, then I agree with mikeyfly that either you get lucky and get through on the phone so that you can use the Avios that are in the current booking, or you will have to make a new booking. There aren't any alternatives for an Avios booking.

Is there no availability in cabins other than F? How much is a new cash ticket in Y, if you book a throwaway speculative future return half?
