It is open, I was in there this morning. I arrived in between the early morning and mid morning departure banks, at 730. It was almost empty when I arrived. Shortly after 8 it appeared to be completely full; when I walked out at 9 there was a 15 person lineup out into the terminal. So plan your trip carefully to avoid arriving in a rush hour. I intentionally arrived half an hour early at the airport to ensure I'd be able to get into the lounge as I needed to do some work before my flight.

The breakfast buffet on offer was completely acceptable.
