UA-NYC, just to check, are you sure about this? And does this apply to the double night you get for staying (under the recent signup promo) or only for the free night certificate for the 15k spend? I'm at 26 nights now and trying to figure out if I need to
(1) stay 4,
(2) stay 1, get the bonus night even though my statement closes in January, and then spend the remaining 3k to hit 15k (charge post in December but statements close January),
(3) stay 2 nights (and the bonus nights hit in January when the statement closes even though I completed the stays in December.
