Given that United's policy is not to bump unless they can't find a volunteer for thousands of dollars in United Bucks, I think a bump would be very unlikely. If United were considering IDB'ing me, I'd volunteer in exchange for the $10,000 they said they'd offer.
Plus, would having a reservation for four (including minors) make them less likely to bump you? I don't know if that's officially a factor.
