i've been receiving notifications from united about the travel ready center since i booked my ticket (departing on 12/26) but on the two occasions that i've gone to the site, i can't complete the process and never see any button that enables me to upload any documents whatsoever, whether i try on the website or the app
When you are able to upload docs the button on both the app and the web becomes live and is not greyed out. In my case for the PLF to the UK it was inline with the 48 hour period you can submit it in. I think the vaccination and covid test results were 72 hours before the flight. It was only last Sunday and I have already forgotten!
