Just to be clear here...it was N808NW which had the engine failure after departing HNL on Aug 8 2021. An engine was removed from N817NW at SLC, trucked to LAX, and flown by a B744F to HNL. The only thing I have read elsewhere about what has been happening with N817NW, is that a cargo door was being repaired! Why she has taken almost 6 months of being out of service is the question!
