I have not tried optimizing SK points on LH or LO. I usually fly the cheapest Y fares. Usually without bag. I reschedule about 5-10% of my travels, but with lowest Y fares I typically just ditch the tickets and buy new ones. This is not rewarded in points, like rebookable tickets. So SK works very well for me with plusgrade (especially with the current campaign). For LO and LH/OS I never invested the time into understanding what are the good earning rates.
Definitely, now there might be the time to investigate this. Especially that OW and ST are quite uninteresting with my travel patterns, when AB is down, and AY cut down on WAW too much during covid, so that no useful connections to Scandinavia seem possible in Helsinki.
