It is frustrating, Pucci will know what I mean, You work or have worked for BA it gets in your blood, and you see some of the decisions that have or have not been made by BA, and you want to scream. Some of the the senior guys in "Brands" (there will be a "brand" manager for WT, who will very rarely fly in WT) will be on a very good salery, but yet they seem unable to grasp what is going on.

If I was brand manager for WT, as soon as I had known about AA etc ripping seats out of M class, I would have done the same. At the time AA was taking seats out, we had all the leg room discussions going on due to various medical conditions appearing. To take out 3/4 rows frankly is not going to lose you revenue, if you can charge/attract other airline customers due to your extra leg room. Plus the added bonus of not losing your customers to other airlines, due to your poor product.

The frustrating thing is BA in M class is not that cheap, chances are you will be able to pick up a M class ticket LHR- JFK cheaper on American, Virgin, United etc.

A very frustrated 2018
