WT is becoming a major problem for BA. F&J class travel is on the decline. Friends of mine that used to fly J, are now being told by their companies to fly M. These guys are flying on the likes of AA etc. When the company travel reverts back to J class travel, they will have a relationship with AA (points,miles, status etc). It will be very hard for BA to entice these guys back.

Frankly WT+ is a complete nightmare. Rubbish seats, same service, at the time so many people in BA could not understand why the old cradle seats did not go in to WT+. In my time in BA I never saw a flight that was fully SOLD OUT in WT+, every other class would sell apart from WT+
