Are you saying that the regular purchase points posted but not the bonus points? Or that NO points have posted?
If the latter, you might call and find out the Priority Club account # that they're sending points to. It's possible, I imagine, that they didn't properly capture your account # and are sending points to another account (or perhaps they opened a new one for you).
It's been 3 weeks since your statement, I imagine it's time to call.
