I think the problem here is actually that there is only one boat!

If operating a whole second fleet and schedule for dog lovers somehow made financial sense, then everyone would be happy! Although by that point, I suspect we'd also have separate fleets for families with kids, and those with *ahem* religious exemptions for masks.
