The bins are reasonably spacious but unlike the MAX you can't rotate roller bags to vertical. If it's a full flight I would be inclined to board early.

Now I assume you are in J and I would think there should be enough bin space for J pax... assuming that people at the back of the bus don't put their bags in J, which is not something AC is very vigilant about.
