Getting an early check-in is usually not an issue even for non-Amb. How many times have you been able to get a 9 pm check-in to 9 pm check-out? I've done it when Your24 was a benefit that actually worked.
I think management agrees with you. They're in the marketing/franchisor business and they've decided a substantively robust loyalty program isn't part of the strategy - it's just fluff marketing.
