Hi,

We were booked to fly out with Lufthansa to Paphos in late October- unfortunately my son and I got Covid a few days before we were due to fly out.
We phoned Lufthansa with the booking code and we were told we could either get a partial refund or rebook the flights as long as we do that before January.

We have found flights and phoned Lufthansa.. The trouble is that we've phoned up 4 times already and each time we get through and give the code we are put on hold and the call is dropped.
This is happening every time and is very frustrating. We are calling the UK service centre number which is:

Really worried that it will not be possible to get through and rebook the flights if all the reps keep putting us on hold and dropping the calls. As said this has happened on 3 occasions with 3 different reps.

Please can someone provide advice on how to get through to Lufthansa to the rebooking department directly or to make sure that reps don't just put us on hold. The flights cost me well over £1000 so I am anxious to ensure that I don't lose out.
