This would make your end of year Hilton stays mostly irrelevant, except as nights that will rollover to 2022.
just called diamond desk, they said that gifted diamond only last 365 day since received and does not fall under the policy change, and if I was able to make diamond with my gifted diamond it only last until 2023 March which to your point make my stay useless since it just 3 extra months.
