so ridiculous i fly SEA JFK frequently, and its ridiculous that a premium/hub route should be using these 30 year old planes with 15+ year old interiors. For all the "perks" you are supposedly getting as a Diamond if you have to sit on old dirty planes, its not much worth it. I will say though, Ive found the service to be pretty good generally.
