With three tables, one table order oatmeal that is basically already made, the other both got omelets. These aren't dishes that take a long time to make, probably by design. I'm pretty sure I could make all that with one burner in less than 45min.
Same with closing 45min early and 3hrs before the last flight. ridiculous
