I mean if you are going to be in the room during that time I would’ve asked to be placed in an upgraded room (assuming you’re a Glob based on note in first post) that wouldn’t be impacted by the water outage.

I’d say it’s highly unlikely and unusual. Based on the note dated 2 days back it’s obvious they knew this was planned and should’ve reached out ahead.
