I’ve stayed at dozens of US based Hyatts amassing hundreds of nights and never once have had a water outage mentioned. If I had to guess any needed maintenance would be done promptly and limited to very select rooms, any impacted rooms likely not being sold as to not inconvenience guests.
well that’s exactly what I was thinking when I was notified upon checkin.
They said they needed to fix the pipes and handed me a written notification dated two days back.
thats why I wanted to know is it common for water outage like this to be handled this way
