indeed so. Everything is circumstantial. However let us suppose that this agent is carrying around cards from this test provider, who happens to be it he most expensive in town as a charitable gesture. Let us further suppose that the seats denied under a total departure from the rules set by the airline that is paying for this service. Until potential criminality is investigated by the management of the company that pays for it, checking in should be monitored by the airline as these are serious allegations made by their customer. If any wrongdoing is suspected be it conflicts of interest or worse, the police should be called in SpWhat is being alleged is appalling customer service at best, and extremely dubious to highly suspicious at worst
We are innocent until proven guilty, but as in such instances those directly accused should be suspended and links between them and outside vendors investigated,as well as their version against what appears to be more than one person. For my part , haing witnessed events in the past.I am, sad to say inclined to think the worst and enjoy it when I am proved wrong. I hope that I am wrong here but it smells all wrong to me.
We were not there, and thank God it was neither you nor me. I would be most interested to hear the other parties recollections of events.
As I say, this is one of the worst instances that I have read in this Forum in 21 years , we are not in downgrading to Business or worst, being served nasty food, nor cheap brand Champagne territory. This is serious.
