Interesting to read this thread, hubby and I flew out of Vegas on the 10th too. We saw a handful of passengers waiting for test results, and 4 people that looked as if they had been denied boarding. The business class check in was slow, due to only 1 person manning this desk, economy on the other hand with 5 staff members went quick! No issues at all if using Verifly, however we were asked to show a copy of our test result. Showing a screenshot of this, was more than enough.
Adorabella, I am sorry to hear you ended up with such an awful experience. Normally the staff on duty are wonderful, however it was probably the first time it felt as if they were stressed and not the usual friendly faces.
