If you never accepted the suggested change in the first place shouldn’t be a problem. I think it remains to be seen what will happen if you did.

Looking at RHO schedule for example, I am seeing the Monday and Saturday remaining at LHR with a new Thursday flight from LGW.

The LHR flights are (and for S22 have always been) showing LGW flight number so I wonder whether they will be switched across to LGW over the next few days.
This is a little unclear. Also applies to both Dalaman and Lanzarote at least as things stand.
