Yes, I do know on the other side of the border....more referring to the occasions I've seen when companies pretty much ignore Canada in the details, when really they mean North America, or there's such a small footprint that they don't bother including it in any details. I assumed it was a longshot, but though I might check if anyone had experience getting it at this property. Worth a shot. I might check in with the card and see if I get the email when they authorize it - if I don't, will switch to my CSR prior to check out to actually pay.

On another note, just noted my wife got the Starbucks offer, but much better than mine. I've got 5% back, up to a $5 statement credit. Hers is 15% back, up to $5, so she requires 3x less spend for the same credit. It's the same account. Maybe because I've used my card at Starbucks before, but I don't think she has? Just also noticed that hers seems to be for any kind of purchase, in-store, reloads, etc. but mine is limited to card reloads in-app or on Starbucks.com.
