It's 3000 PQPs more to go from Silver to Gold assuming you get the 16 PQFs. If not, it's 3500/4000 PQPs.
With all the bonuses early this year, and the BoB and FttF this summer, I requalified for Silver and ended up 700 PQPs and 8 PQFs short of Gold. I took 3 more trips that netted me the difference with the help of the BoB. I like the free E+ at booking for me and Ms. VRFast, but more so the *A lounge access when travelling internationally.
