Any thoughts on a 8/9 night first trip to Sri Lanka staying at :

Saman Villas (any better way to book than through the website?)
Amangalla
Anantara Tangalle

with potentially a night or two at Shangri La Colombo depending on flight schedule? Priorities would be great food and beach/sea although interesting day trips and seeing historic Galle. For Galle I have the perhaps unfounded impression is somewhat like visiting Georgetown in Penang so two nights may be enough. Thanks for any help!
