I was looking at the link and there seems to be a contradiction in the requirements.
In the 2nd bullet point under "BEFORE YOU CONTINUE", it contains the text:
ALL inbound travellers are required to complete this entry form and submit a negative COVID-19 Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction Laboratory Based Molecular Test (RT-PCR Test) done within 72 hours of travel at an ISO 17025/CLIA accredited laboratory. Contact Health Helpdesk at (869) 765 4880 or (869) 765 4095 for more information.
And in the 4th bullet point it includes the text:
Fully vaccinated Nationals, Citizens, Residents and Visitors returning to the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and meets all entry requirements, inclusive of the negative RT-PCR Test done within 72 hours of arrival, will be free to integrate into society without quarantine.
Do you have any idea as to which is required for fully vaccinated travelers (72 hours before departure or 72 hours before arrival)?
