There are no CCR-specific showers (there were cabanas which also included showers, but those are not in use any more I believe). The showers in T5 departures are common to all lounges, and to give you an idea, the arrivals lounge ones which you mention are in fact in significantly less poor shape than the departure ones! (and more numerous too so less risk of wait).
