Skis and Bikes can be carried as part of ones standard baggage allowance. I can't see strollers and car seats being any different, certainly if they were not in their packaging. I've no idea what the customs issues might be from ZA to Brazil, but you might not be intending to check them in with their retail packaging anyway.
