It seems that AC has chopped an inch or more off the front of the seat cushion in row 19 to accommodate the exit row requirements. Lots of legroom but the cushion is clearly smaller.
How does AC handle this? Doing it properly there are three options:
- 1. Your are given a reduce seat rebate since you did not receive a full seat but a reduced seat or
- 2. If your short your charged a premium for a more ergonomic seat tailored to your specific physical needs.
- 3, are secretly reserving this row for unattended minors who will fine a petite seat more appropriate in size. They can then list it as a feature of that program.
Alternatively, they are pretending no one will notice
