Re the PP card - mine came in the mail today. Applied for the C1 X on 11/9, card arrived on 11/12. I signed up for PP same day (got the digital login) and the PP card arrived today - so in my case, it took a month for the physical PP card to arrive.

As JIMBOLIGUY indicates, you can access PP lounges with your C1 X card. The letter that came with the card indicates this, too.
