You dodged a bullet. I stayed here a few days ago; shuttle was in-op then and still not available the next morning. Uber was supposed to be deducted from bill, but was still charged in full. I just sent a email to Hilton guest assistance, since William never answered me on here. Hotel was also completely filthy. They re-made the bed with the same sheets as last guest; you could literally smell the sweat on the pillows (which had no pillowcases) and the duvet was full of black threading/lint which appeared to be from someone socks. Had to go get bedding from front desk and strip the bed of everything. Towels had hairs in them, garbage bin was emptied but remnants of trash/liquid still remained in bin. Debris and candy all over the floor and stains visible on carpet (including hallways where it looked like someone took bleach and threw it on the carpet every few steps). Even found a used shower-cap in bathroom drawer.
