I stayed at the Novotel Nancy located in Laxou (54) last week-end. They'd reserved me an Exec room (thus the complimentary upgrade) and there was a local Lorraine pastry sitting on the desk upon entry.

Small gesture, but the first time since Covid that I'd gotten any of the advertised benefits of being Gold. Well-appreciated.
