Had the most worst and embarrassing experience when I tried to use the First Wing as part of a BAH promotion when travelling CW and having spent £2500+ per person. Check-in agent could not have given less effort or attention. We approached and were greeted with "nothing" until I said what do you need? Responded with, "give me your passport". Dropped bags off then to be told by the agent that we were not eligible to use the FW and go back to CW check in. Even after showing the email BAH had sent me the previous day that we can use the FW she said no. Given the queue behind us we went back to the check in and asked for a manager. Manager escorted us through to security and apologised. Fine fair enough but what a crap experience and let down for this promo. Funnily enough, will be BA Gold after this trip, but if this is how the ground staff treat passengers, leaves much to the imagination! The flight crew on the other hand were exceptional, BA 105 to DXB on 05DEC the BEST EVER CREW. Collette and her team were the most brilliant team and made up for this and more.
