Some do, some don't. There are plenty of reports in other forums of people getting second thoughts about going to France and other countries after the CDC increased the advisory level to 4. Some have canceled.
Well, more room for the rest of us to properly social distance.
Am glad less people are traveling to France and Italy, am heading there in the next couple of days and would like the cities to be empty of tourists.
