Was your ticket fully refundable? Mine wasn't, but it shouldn't matter in such a situation.
It was not fully refundable, but it was departing from the UK (LHR-BKK in J) so Oman Air are legally required to offer a refund. Didn't stop them claiming 'refunds are currently suspended' last year though! I used [email protected] for reference.
