I find this surprisingly little. 80 % of pax travel for leisure. Take into account that many business travellers are forced to sit in Y. This partially explains why the J soft product has deteriorated so much. J is not of much importance for AY.
Based on what they refer a leisure larry or a biznez bierman? I wonder.
Do they assume based on booking engine, i.e. all bookings through travel agent tools are business and the rest are leisure?
