From talking to Costco employees about things online they are always quick to point out that online is a totally separate thing than the warehouse. Fwiw, shortly after I bought one online a few weeks ago they showed up at my local warehouse (Maui). I also noticed in the most recent Costco email for online stuff that they are offering Hawaiian and Southwest certs for the same discount. I'm thinking they just cycle different carriers through so anyone looking for on from AS just wait a bit and it should come around again.
