I had to fly to France and then connect home on my own. Lots of other airlines still flying to Morocco and I had no support whatsoever from RyanAir. Can I claim my extra expenses for the re-routing on my chase sapphire preferred travel insurance? I can't find terms and conditions. Thanks!
- Terms and conditions linked to in the wiki (along with lots of FAQs and examples)

- No, I don't think so. I don't think your flight was cancelled for a covered hazard for either Trip Delay or Trip Cancellation/Interruption.

However, since Ryanair cancelled the flight less than 14 days ahead of time, that means you should be able to file a EC 261/2004 claim for cash compensation. They also should have covered your rerouting and hotels/meals for the longer journey so you may be able to get those reimbursed if they didn't offer. But that's for another forum.
