Sry to cut in again. I went thru quite a few other centurion benefit threads but still couldn't find answers to the enrollment of Delta Plat & Hertz Plat.

I tried to enroll with Delta Plat but ended up receiving a centurion enrollment email with a brand new account. That account is just a basic skymile member. Did I miss anything here？ Does any1 know when that delta account will be upgraded to plat？I emailed my centurion acct executive and she kept saying its enrolled and will give delta a call.

Also for the Hertz Plat, I received a welcome email from Hertz inviting me to registered a new account on the Platinum page. But after I filled in all the details and clicked submit, an error msg just popped up. Should I give Hertz or CTS a ring？
