It definitely does not. Try a blind tasting in a lounge sometime of Tito's, Grey Goose, Nemiroff/ Beluga and then something from the speed rail at your local biker dive bar. Chuck in some Ciroc vodka made from grapes and then whatever godawful stuff Ryanair used to serve and you have a full range.
