DUB-LHR being offered for €108 for Dec 27th where only C and J fare codes are left on the flight. Like FRA above it seems BA’s Revenue Dept. are trying to squeeze more money out of proactive upgrades to avoid people buying cheap ET fares and upgrading.
Big increase over the €69 it was often at previously. I did the maths on it for a booking I had and in actual fact at €69 you were generally only saving around €20 over buying Club Europe outright as the prices are so low. In one instance the POUG on DUB-LCY was more than the difference between ET and CE buying it when booking, a couple of months ago.
