All 2021 CKs were renewed for 2022 (through 1/31/2023).

That’s probably why you’re not hearing as much about CK qualification this December, as opposed to in a normal, non-COVID year.

With regard to loyalty points, I did question in another thread whether AA credit card spend will count toward CK qualification for 2023 and beyond, but of course no one here would know the answer to that at this point.
